Implementation projects

We sometimes get involved in larger projects to create significant deliverables

• Software products
• Manuals and other documentation
• Training material
• Patent specs
• Websites
• RFQs and RFPs (acting for the customer)
• Responses to RFPs and competitive proposals (acting for the vendor)

We usually only consider taking on large projects in cases when our participation would make a real difference – when compared to using more typical in-house or outsourced personnel. For example, we have sometimes continued with implementation tasks after completing associated strategic work, such as a product design, positioning study, or business plan. Since we were already up to speed, we could taken on key project components without delays or ramp-up costs.
